These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of shipping containers and related logistics services. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

1. Business Identity & Legal Entity

Lease Lane Containers LLC is a registered business based in Raleigh, North Carolina. All references to “the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to Lease Lane Containers LLC. By using this website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Product Specifications & Grading Standards

We sell industrial-grade shipping containers. To ensure transparency, we adhere to the following industry grading standards:

  • One-Trip (New): Units manufactured overseas and shipped to the US once; in near-perfect condition.

  • Cargo Worthy (CW): Used units inspected and certified for international maritime transit.

  • Wind & Watertight (WWT): Used units guaranteed to be weatherproof with functioning seals and no structural holes.

  • Refurbished: Used units that have been cleaned, primed, and repainted.

  • Disclaimer: Used containers will naturally exhibit minor surface rust, dings, and scratches. These are cosmetic and do not constitute a “defective” product under these Terms.

3. Billing, Pricing & Secure Payments

To comply with Google’s transparency standards:

  • Currency: All prices are listed in USD.

  • Total Price: The total price at checkout includes the unit cost, the $170.00 flat-rate shipping fee, and applicable sales tax. There are no hidden fees or fuel surcharges added after the sale.

  • Payment Methods: We accept Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) and PayPal.

  • Payment Processing: Credit card and PayPal accounts are charged immediately upon order confirmation.

  • Security: All transactions are processed via secure, encrypted 256-bit SSL connections and PCI-compliant payment gateways. We do not store sensitive financial credentials on our servers.

4. Shipping & Delivery Logistics

  • Timeline: Most containers are delivered within 4–10 business days.

  • Order Cut-off: Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on Fridays will begin processing the following Monday.

  • Site Responsibility: The customer is solely responsible for ensuring the delivery site is level, firm (concrete, gravel, or dry hard-packed earth), and accessible.

  • Clearance Requirements: You must provide 60ft of straight-line clearance for 20ft units and 100ft for 40ft units, with at least 14ft of vertical clearance.

  • Liability: Lease Lane Containers LLC and its carriers are not liable for property damage (e.g., cracked driveways, damaged septic lines, or ruts in lawns) resulting from delivery to a site that is not properly prepared.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Our policies regarding returns and refunds are governed by our dedicated Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

  • 30-Day Window: We offer a 30-day window for structural defect claims.

  • Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery to receive a full refund.

  • Refund Processing: All approved refunds are processed within 10 business days.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lease Lane Containers LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of business or profits) arising from the use of our products or delays in delivery caused by weather, traffic, or mechanical failure.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your purchase shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Raleigh, NC, before any legal action is pursued in a court of law.
