Where is Lease Lane Containers located?
We are proudly headquartered in Raleigh, North Carolina, at 5832 Lease Ln, Ste B. While our roots are in NC, we manage a dedicated logistics network that allows us to deliver high-quality containers to customers across the entire contiguous United States.
Where do you deliver?
We provide professional delivery services to all 48 contiguous states. Whether you are a local customer in North Carolina or located across the country, our specialized tilt-bed trailers can bring your container directly to your site.
Are there any hidden fees or surcharges?
No. At Lease Lane Containers, the price you see at checkout is the final price for standard delivery. We do not charge extra standard fuel surcharges, arrival fees, or hidden logistics fees for deliveries within the Lower 48 states. Applicable sales tax may still apply where required.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all container orders delivered within the Lower 48 states. Your checkout price already includes standard delivery, so there is no separate nationwide shipping charge for eligible orders.
How long will it take for my container to arrive?
Our standard delivery window is 4–10 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Order Processing: 1–3 business days (includes quality inspection).
Transit Time: 3–7 business days.
Note: The order cut-off time is 2:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
What are the site requirements for delivery?
To ensure a safe delivery via our tilt-bed trailers, your site must meet the following:
Surface: Firm, level ground (concrete, gravel, or hard-packed earth).
Clearance: 60ft of straight-line clearance for 20ft units; 100ft for 40ft units.
Height: At least 14ft of vertical clearance to avoid overhead wires or trees.
What is the difference between One-Trip, Used, and WWT containers?
One-Trip (New): These units have only carried cargo once and are in near-perfect condition.
Wind & Watertight (WWT): Our most popular used grade. These are guaranteed to be weatherproof with functioning seals and no holes.
Cargo Worthy (CW): Used units that are structurally sound and certified for international maritime shipping.
Do you offer a warranty or guarantee?
Yes. We stand behind our “Wind & Watertight” guarantee. If your unit is found to have structural defects or leaks upon delivery, we will provide a mobile repair, an exchange, or a full refund as per our Refund Policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal. For your security, all transactions are processed through 256-bit SSL encrypted, PCI-compliant gateways.
When will I be charged for my order?
Your payment method is charged immediately upon checkout. This allows us to secure your specific unit from our inventory and begin the inspection and logistics scheduling process.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window. If you are unsatisfied with your container or find a structural defect, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Defective Units: $0.00 return cost.
Change of Mind: Subject to a 15% restocking fee and a $170 return shipping fee.
How long does a refund take?
Once the container is returned to our yard and inspected, we process refunds to your original payment method within 10 business days.
