Where do you deliver?
Headquartered in Raleigh, NC, Lease Lane Containers provides professional delivery services across the entire contiguous United States (Lower 48). We manage a dedicated logistics network that utilizes specialized tilt-bed trailers, ensuring we can deliver high-quality containers to your site whether you are local to North Carolina or across the country.
How much does nationwide delivery cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all container orders delivered within the Lower 48 states. Your checkout price already includes standard delivery, so there is no separate nationwide shipping charge for eligible orders.
Are there hidden fees or surcharges?
No. At Lease Lane Containers, the price you see at checkout is the final price for standard delivery. We do not charge extra standard fuel surcharges, arrival fees, or hidden logistics fees for deliveries within the Lower 48 states. Applicable sales tax may still apply where required.
What’s the difference between new, used, and one-trip containers?
We use industry-standard grading to ensure you know exactly what you are receiving:
One-Trip (New): Manufactured overseas and shipped to the USA once. These are in pristine condition with minimal cosmetic wear.
Cargo Worthy (CW): Used units certified for international maritime transport. They are structurally sound and capable of being stacked.
Wind & Watertight (WWT): Our most popular used grade for storage. Guaranteed to have zero holes or leaks; every unit undergoes a manual “Light Test” before dispatch.
How long will it take for my container to arrive?
We prioritize a fast and dependable timeline. Our standard Order Handling Time is 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, Transit Time is typically 3–7 business days. Most customers receive their container within 4–10 business days of order verification. Our dispatch team will call you at least 24 hours prior to delivery to coordinate placement.
Do you offer a warranty or guarantee?
Yes. We stand behind our inventory with a 30-Day Structural Guarantee. If a hidden structural defect or leak is discovered within 30 days of delivery, we will coordinate a mobile repair or a unit exchange at no additional cost to you.
