SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Lease Lane Containers LLC provides a flat-rate shipping fee of $170.00 for all our inventory, such as the 20ft and 40ft units delivered within the contiguous United States. This price is fully inclusive of transit and off-loading.

1. Shipping Cost

We offer a Standard Flat Rate of $170 for shipping on all container orders.

  • Transparency: The $170 fee covers the mobilization of our specialized transport equipment and the professional offloading of your unit at your site.

  • Transparent Pricing: The price you see at checkout is the final price. We do not charge additional fuel surcharges or arrival fees.

2. Handling & Transit Times

To ensure your container is inspected and delivered safely, we follow this schedule:

  • Order Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday). This includes unit selection, a 5-point quality inspection, and carrier scheduling.

  • Transit Time: 3–7 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Estimated Total Delivery: Most customers receive their container within 4–10 business days of order confirmation.

3. Order Cut-off & Processing

  • Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (EST) — Monday to Friday.

  • Note: Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

4. Specialized Delivery Methods

We utilize specialized tilt-bed trailers for all 20ft and 40ft deliveries.

  • The “Tilt-Bed” Process: Our driver backs the trailer into your spot, tilts the bed, and pulls forward, allowing the container to slide gently onto the ground. No crane or forklift is required on your end.

5. Delivery Site Requirements

For a successful delivery, the customer is responsible for ensuring the site meets the following criteria:

  • Surface: Must be firm, level, and well-drained (concrete, gravel, or firm dry earth).

  • Clearance: A 20ft container requires 60ft of straight-line clearance. A 40ft container requires 100ft of straight-line clearance.

  • Height: At least 14ft of vertical clearance is required to clear overhead wires or tree limbs.

6. Order Tracking & Communication

  • Confirmation: You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your unit is assigned to a carrier.

  • Delivery Window: Our dispatch team will contact you at least 24 hours prior to arrival to confirm the delivery window and site readiness.

7. Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet our 4–10 day delivery window, occasionally transit may be affected by extreme weather or port congestion. If your delivery is expected to exceed 10 business days, our team will contact you directly with a status update.
